About Me

As an empowerment coach, I have had the honor and privilege of helping many individuals and couples over the years transform their lives. I have also assisted and guided business owners in the running of their business by helping them to clarify their vision and discover how it fits with their personal goals. I have also helped them to take their business where they wanted it to be.

Prior to coaching, I worked for nine years as a psychotherapist in private practice. My clients achieved amazing results. It was very rewarding to watch them grow. They were able to gain insight about themselves, change habits, behaviors, and beliefs, and feel more confident in their lives.

It was through my work with clients, that I realized that helping them overcome emotional problems was crucial and necessary. However, the work was often incomplete. After clients got better, they wanted something more. They were ready to move on to the next step of their journey. It was this realization that inspired me to become an empowerment coach.

My personal life journey also played an instrumental role in my decision. My life dramatically changed in 2009 after being faced with several difficult challenges. These challenges gave me a renewed sense of purpose and a greater understanding of the preciousness of life. I learned how crucial it was to embrace life and live it fully and meaningfully.
